Albrecht Molsberger studied medicine from 1977 to 1984 at the University of Marburg and Düsseldorf. In 1983 he completed a training and research program in Sri Lanka and India, studying Chinese medicine. From 1985 - 1990 he completed his internship as medical doctor for orthopedics at the University of Düsseldorf. In 1986, he founded the first pain clinic for musculo-skeletal and neurological disorders at the University of Düsseldorf. He is the president of the German Medical Scientific Society for Chinese Medicine, and Acupuncture with more than 2000 medical doctors. Albrecht Molsberger finished his professorial thesis in the field of muskulo-skeletal disorders at the Ruhr-University Bochum, Germany. From 1990 up to present he has continuously been teaching medical doctors and students in the field of orthopedics, biomedical therapy, and Chinese Medicine in Germany, Italy, Spain, Great Brittain and the US. Since 2002 Albrecht Molsberger has worked in the field of applied molecular biology in medicine. He helped to establish the treatment with autologous biologicals such as PRP and Orthokine in Orthopedics. Albrecht Molsberger is internationally well published in the field of Chinese and Western medicine and biomedical orthopedics. He is the author of numerous major clinical trials (RCTs) on locomotive disorders, pain management and acupuncture. He held lectures at various Universities such as the Ruhr-University of Bochum, Harvard Medical School, University of North Carolina and Duke University. Albrecht Molsberger was appointed Adjunct Professor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 2007, Center for Neurosensory Disorders. |
